Romanov: We are currently working with a task force to deal with Russian mob activity. We are led to believe that your organization and ours may be able to assist each other.

Joe: How?

Vassili: You have had recent run-ins with a Doctor X of the Council of Doom?

Joe: Yes, well, one of our members has.

Vassili: We believe that Doctor X has added members to the Council. One of them is a Soviet hardliner called Boris. He is wanted for being a mob enforcer, and for treason.

Joe: So the Council of Doom is growing, huh?

Jacqueline: I am familiar with how Doctor X works. It's possible that stealing the map may have been an initiation for Matilda...

Joe: Into the Council. It makes sense.

Tech: If Doctor X has the map and uses it to find the cave...

Joe: Then X could try to find another giant snake...

Tech: Or maybe form an alliance with the snake men Hunter told us about.

Chan: If what happened here was some sort of initiation, then Doctor X will have to send someone to get Matilda out.

Vassili: Perhaps Boris, no?

Joe: Regardless, X will have to come here to get to the cave, and I'm sure he'll bring back up. I think our three organizations can help each other out here.
